He double checked everything. James worked with us to really make sure we were getting what we wanted for our bathroom. He spent several hours with us answering questions and providing information. He was very knowledgeable and quickly answered all of our questions. We are very excited to see how our bathroom remodel turns out!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I contracted them to remodel a bathroom for a rental property I own in December of 2020. They scheduled me for March 2021 but then didn’t order things correctly, which I found out the day of the remodel, and had to push back to April. Not only did I lose an additional month of revenue, they made me feel like it was my fault because I didn’t catch them saying “white” instead of “white calcutta” when they ran through all my selections over the phone even though it was all written in the contract correctly. They also made me feel like I was causing problems when I didn’t give in to them using the wrong materials for the job. I didn’t get a new date for 1.5 more weeks after that. I had so many other issues, but I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves - plaster all over the light fixtures, improper fixing of the wall above the vanity (they used blue painters tape to cover holes in the drywall!!), and the shower walls “pop” when you touch them. The amount of money I paid just to have them install plastic shower walls and a cheap floor is ridiculous. On top of that, I still had to purchase and supply the vanity and toilet - these were not included in their insane prices. I spent about 10 hours fixing their sloppy work and finishing the bathroom after they were “done”. I contacted them after the install with all of my issues and was told that they would do their best to fix things and then never heard back from them. Once you pay, they don’t care. Don’t use this over priced, terrible quality company.

Austin was our re-bath design consultant and we couldn’t have been more pleased with him! He was very friendly and very professional. He was VERY patient with us and answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. He was also great about helping us with the financing. My husband and I felt he represented Re-bath very well. He worked with us to find the best looking walk-in shower replacement that was affordable. We are very excited to see the final results.
